In Change is Natural, Jas Malcolm describes ways to detoxify your physical, but once you have, there are further things to consider.  For example, scientific studies are now proving that regularly eating whole grains means you will have less of the type of fat associated with heart health and diabetes.  As it is identified in the Pure Leadership book series, you limit the toxins by eating complete foods.  It is all about balance.
