  1. If raw garlic is eaten everyday it not only increases efficiency of insulin but also regularizes the digestive system. In metabolic disorders like heart diseases, obesity, raw garlic can prove to be a boon. It is even helpful in obesity.

    • Thanks for your insight! When we were in China recently we saw many people who use garlic daily- they just eat the clove raw! For them, the wisdom about the benefits of garlic has been retained-seems like we here in the west are getting to the party late!
